One-On-One coaching
You’re capable. You know it sometimes.
You can’t seem to hold onto it.
This work is for women who are tired of performing confidence they don’t quite feel — and ready to build the kind of internal foundation that doesn’t collapse under pressure, criticism or self-doubt.
You’ve worked hard to get where you are. And you still walk around with a quiet fear that you’re not quite as capable as people think — that at some point, someone’s going to figure that out. You know what you can do. You can’t seem to trust it when it counts.
The more you achieve, the worse it gets. More success brings more visibility, more responsibility and more scrutiny. A mistake feels entirely yours. A win belongs to circumstance or luck or the people around you.
There’s a track record there that you don’t fully count and a habit of replaying the things that went wrong long after the moment has passed. You perform well — until you start watching yourself perform. You hold it together under pressure and fall apart privately.
Underneath all of it is the exhaustion of keeping the show going. At the core of it is self-leadership—how you manage yourself from the inside when the pressure is on.
This is what mindset strategy coaching addresses. Not the surface behaviour but what’s running it. Learning to think more deliberately from the inside out rather than in reaction to everything is where real change happens.
The women I work with include executives, doctors, lawyers, accountants, entrepreneurs and moms at every stage of life. What they share isn’t a title. It’s the pattern: capable women running on a mindset that has stopped serving them.
Sometimes there’s a specific moment behind it. A failed exam, a role that didn’t go the way you hoped or a setback that landed harder than it should have. For others it's a pattern with no single cause you can point to.
While my marketing speaks primarily to women, the pattern itself doesn't discriminate. I work with men too. Men who are burning out from being everything to everyone, navigating stress in their relationships and have doubts about whether they really measure up.
Who this is for
What the process looks like
1. Complimentary discovery call
— 30 minutes
We assess the gap together. Where are you now, where do you want to be, and why does the change matter? You’ll also get a clear picture of the mindset strategy approach and what the coaching process involves — so you can decide if this is the right fit.
2. The deep dive
— 90 minutes
A paid session where we do a full 360 across all lanes of your life and performance. You need to know where your gaps actually are before you can change them. At the end I present a personalized roadmap, and we decide whether we’re the right fit to move forward together.
3. The coaching engagement
— minimum 3 months
Twelve 50-minute sessions over three months. We start by building awareness of the patterns running you, then move into how to shift them with actual behaviour changes that hold. Think of it as getting into the mental gym. Most clients continue past the initial three months as their results deepen.
What changes
The second-guessing, the lack of confidence, the urge to retreat, even the question of whether you're really cut out for for what you're doing — these aren't personality traits. They're the surface expression of beliefs you're not fully aware of. Getting to know them and learning to work with them rather than be driven by them is where you start leading your life rather than just managing it.
It’s not that we stop striving. It’s that we stop seeking permission.
